Warriors Run Past Badger State

After falling behind 9-2 in the opening minutes, the KMBA Warriors rallied to defeat Badger State 60-31. The Warriors press defense played a major roll as they forced Badger State into 22 turnovers, and capitalized on the other end with layups. The Warriors defense gave up 3 points in the second quarter and went into halftime with a 32-14 lead.
In the second half, the Warriors continued to score off easy layups despite not shooting well. Daniel Fuller led all scorers with 18 points; Timmy VanderPluym and Jason Curtis both followed with 14. The Warriors next game will come in the Prairie du Chein tournament February 6-7.
